House Rules

Pets are not allowed in Microsmart Living Properties. Auto debit will be used for rent payment. Subletting is strictly prohibited.

Microsmart Living Properties are all smoke free buildings. There is NO smoking cigarettes, vaping and/or marijuana in the building, balcony and or on the property of 2732 Doncaster Ave, 2240 Richmond Rd and 2448 Richmond Rd. Cultivation of cannabis in rental units is prohibited.

Not complying with these regulations can be deemed as a breach of your tenancy and therefore could lead to eviction.
